During past vacations the Backlot Express at Hollywood Studios had been our go to for counter service. With food limitations, it will still be our go to place.
At the counter I asked to see the manager. Jose came out to greet us and explained everything I could have. Basically, the entire Southwest Salad was gluten free, including the tortilla strips! Score! I just got it without the chicken. I also could have the fries, and for dessert was a chocolate chip cookie.
Jose gave us a buzzer to hold on to while he went back and fixed our food.
The salad was very tasty. I devoured the entire thing, and I am not a big salad fan.
